The Black Enforcer

Lung the Black Enforcer is ordered to escort a murderer Fei to prison. While taking shelter in Lung’s house from the snowstorm, Fei is rescued by his gang and Fei kills Lung’s mother and sister before escaping. Lung is imprisoned for the failed task and after being released, he vows to avenge his family by killing Fei.
